Successful written and oral briefings arise from knowing your subject, anticipating difficulties before they arise, and having well developed communication skills to enable you to get your points across efficiently.
Course aims
To provide delegates with an understanding of the essential elements of a brief and to give them an opportunity to practice and to receive constructive feedback.
