 Overview
This is a one day workshop for those who, due to organisational changes wish to leave the civil service and consider different career options.
This is an informative and interactive day in which you have the opportunity to explore different career avenues. Participants will engage in lively discussions and exercises designed to provide the information that you need to make an informed choice.

- Reflect on your career aspirations
- Develop and understanding of self employment
- Understand the processes and format of recruitment agencies
- Feel energised and excited with clear ideas for next steps
- Develop an action plan to get moving forward
Pre-Course Work
You will prepare for the workshop by identifying and reviewing your work record, highlighting skills, achievements, knowledge and qualifications. An outline template will be sent out ahead of the workshop for you to complete and return. You will also be asked to bring with you a copy of your CV.
