This is a three-day course for Band 1(AA), Band 2 (AO) and Band 3 (EO) grades who have been in the grade for more than a year and would like to progress in their career. It will assist you in the identification of what the expectations are of administrative grades ready for management roles. It will enable you to examine the differences in responsibilities of lower grades and identify your own development areas in preparation for Management.

Course aims

To provide an opportunity for delegates to develop some of the competencies required in their current, and next grade. To provide an arena for delegates to assess their career to date, identify and practice skills they need to develop, consider their future development and career plans.
