Overview
For a more efficient and productive working life, it is vital that we are aware of how we interact with others. Effective communication is important for developing and maintaining working relationships and for influencing and motivating others. We need to work confidently and effectively with our colleagues to be successful.
Course aims
To gain insight into how interpersonal communication works and so can be made more effective. To examine, analyse and acquire the skills necessary to be an effective face to face communicator, and to prepare and deliver communication to achieve objectives.
Who should attend?
Anyone wishing to improve their communications skills whether by telephone, in meetings, face-to-face discussions and at any grade / level, administrator through to management.
