Overview
This is a two day course designed for those who want to develop their effectiveness, communication styles, assertiveness, self-confidence and learn how their behaviour impacts on others.
Course aims
To help delegates improve their self-confidence and self-awareness and increase awareness of the effect they have on others.

This course is suitable for anyone, managers, supervisors or administrators who wish to improve their effectiveness, self-confidence and self-awareness.
What you will gain
Develop a better understanding of yourself, the impact your behaviour has on others, and the best methods for working with people and forging constructive relationships at work. Development of assertiveness skills and confidence to make decisions and solve problems. Delegates will improve their ability to manage change more effectively and deal more constructively with stress.

- Learn some different ways of behaving in a more effective manner.
- Have developed your skills in influencing others.
- Understand the part you play in promoting a less stressful environment for others.
- Learn some techniques for managing change.
- Have prepared an action plan for use after the course.

All delegates will be require to complete an effectiveness questionnaire prior to attending.
