This is a one day course designed for those who are responsible for writing reports, papers and instructional documents.
Course aims
To provide delegates with a clear understanding of the principles and techniques of effective business writing. To provide opportunities to practise and develop the skills of report and business writing.

Anyone who wants to enhance their writing styles to create documents of impact. This course not only covers reports, but also emails, business cases, letters and other important business documentation.
