Overview
Taking the minutes of a meeting is a skill in its own right. Even those with a good grounding of basic English often find that when it comes to taking minutes, their skills levels can be improved. It is important to feel comfortable and confident when taking minutes. This requires having an understanding of the process together with well-developed skills.
Course aims
To provide delegates with an understanding of the essential ingredients of effective minutes of a meeting and to give them an opportunity to practice the appropriate skills in a learning environment.
