The course will cover the following topics:

• Understanding the role of self-presentation in court.

• Identifying key skills for presenting effective evidence in-person or remotely.

• Determining the techniques lawyers use in cross-examination and how to handle them, including how these may differ with virtual hearings.

• Expressing an opinion based on the foundation of fact.

• Telling a compelling story.

• Keeping the presentation simple and clear.

• Overcoming nervousness and anxiety.

• Using court technology to present evidence on screens in courtrooms.
